At every turn Eric was available to answer any questions we had, even stopping by the house occasionally to offer suggestions. Eric suggested an asking price and house was sold within one week. I live out of state, was with an agent that was not helpful at all. She knew the house was my parents that just passed and that I lived hours away from the home. Had me running back and forth from Florida to Ohio to have things done that she said she would have done. After I was released from that contract I found Eric. He was so helpful and made things so easy. He got things fixed that he knew were an issue, priced it correctly and did the correct marketing. Eric walked me through each step of selling my first home. He gave great advice for improvements to be made before it was put on the market as well as pricing, and communicated what I could expect and what I needed to do each step of the way. He is so knowledgeable and his experience shows- each time he said, “this will probably happen,” it did. I appreciated this since I had no idea hat to expect. House was under contract in 6 days for slightly over asking price. Could not have been a more seamless process! Seriously, buying or selling, Eric is your guy.

I interviewed two agents. Eric stood out due to his attention to detail. After interviews, we received a detail plan of costs, potential profits, and the process. With the other agent we received a “flippant” analysis that was $20,000 lower than Erics assessment. He was ALWAYS available and communicated. The closing went smooth because he made sure of it. While making decisions on offers, and how to respond to inspection reports, he was knowledgable, resourceful, and provided detail reporting. We were confident with his recommendations every step of the way. His financial assessment was less than a dollar at closing. Pretty impressive. Would recommend him to ANYONE at anytime. Great agent.

Highlights from our experience with the Eric Cooper Team:. Our home sold over asking in 3 hours, we won the bid for our new house by less than $2000. Eric and Jen also won an appraisal dispute for us, writing a professional assessment that saved us out of pocket $4000. Real estate is crazy right now, you need someone who knows the ropes and helps you to that dream home. They stuck with my husband & I for over 2 years and I am so thankful they did! We're polar opposites and both in construction, we can spot a flip a football field away. We drug Eric through fields and farms and to a lake house where the basement could have filmed "the shining". He still took our calls and was honest about houses that weren't quite right for us. When you find it, everything just seems to come together. Thanks again guys!
